Calstock Emergency Food Point

We are really pleased that the Calstock Essential Supply Point has come together to give the community of Calstock a place to source essential supplies without having to leave the village. We would really like to develop the CESP into a proper village shop. To do this we need to know more about what you, the community, want. We've based these questions on a survey done in 2014 and added a few more. Your replies will be really helpful. The answers will help us understand who might use the shop and in turn this helps with funding applications. However please ignore any questions that you don't want to answer. Please be as honest and realistic as possible in your answers! Your response will be treated in confidence. It is entirely anonymous, unless you wish to add your name at the end. Thank you!
